An energy label indicates how energy efficient your home or business premises is. Since January 1, 2021, this label is mandatory for all buildings that are offered for sale or rent. An energy label can also be valuable for homeowners who want to reduce their energy consumption.

To obtain an energy label, make an appointment with a certified energy advisor. This advisor comes by for an energy measurement, during which the energy consumption of the building is mapped out. The energy label is determined on this basis. The energy label is then valid for 10 years.
