Step 5 - Sustainability scenarios

We are developing 3 scenarios to get the homes into the private sector or to achieve higher returns in the private sector at minimal costs.

 

Step 6 - Sharing results

We discuss the results and our advice. Based on the scenario of your wishes, a report will be drawn up per home.

 

Step 7 - New energy labels

After implementing the chosen scenario, we issue new energy labels. This increases the rental points count.
